Admission Procedure

Online Registration:
Admission to Indian Schools in Muscat is managed by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Please visit the BOD website: Click [here] to complete the online registration.
Please note : The above mentioned procedure is not applicable for Inter School Transfers.

School Admission Procedure:
After completing the online registration, you are required to visit the school to complete the admission process.
A link for the Online Application Form will be provided for entering the student's details and uploading the necessary documents.

Documents required for School Admission:
Student's Documents

• BOD Registration Form
• Passport-size photograph
• Birth Certificate
• Passport (Front Page & Address Page)
• Resident Card (Front & Back)
• Immunization Record / Vaccination Card (Applicable for Balvatika to Class I)

Academic Documents (Applicable for Classes I to IX and class XI)

• Annual Progress Report Card of the previous class
• Original Transfer Certificate (TC) must be submitted at the school office at the time of admission. (If the previous school is not affiliated with CBSE, the TC must be duly countersigned by the Education Authority of the respective District/Region.)

Parents' (Father's and Mother's) Documents:

• Passport (Front Page & Address Page)
• Resident Card (Front & Back)
