Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated with grandeur and joy on 10th May 2022 by the students of Class II through a special assembly. The significance of the festival was enhanced with skit and narration. The students created an aura of the festivity in their beautiful attires. The importance of festival, sighting of moon, henna, prayer, Eidi and delicacies made on the occasion were beautifully crafted through the scenes. The joy of sharing and caring was stressed. The musical choir rendered a beautiful song – “Eid Mubarak”. The assembly ended with a dance performance which was well appreciated by all the staff and students. The cheerful faces and clapping hands added colours to the celebration. Vice Principal, Mrs. Geeta Chauhan appreciated the participant for putting up a marvelous performance and acknowledged the sincere efforts of teachers.
The students of Class I did a craft activity of lantern making on the joyous occasion of Eid. The culture of celebrating Eid was explained by the teachers. The students enjoyed the craft and showcased their creativity through their craft items. The joyful faces took back the message, ‘share and care.’
The day ended with everlasting memories of soulful assembly which imbibed values of compassion and brotherhood in students.
